The Story Behind the Data
For my MSc dissertation, I analysed Dublin's housing affordability using RTB rental data and CSO property price indices. By applying regression modelling and ARIMA time-series forecasting, I uncovered pricing trends that were communicated through interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards to make findings accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
